You must be a resident of Winnipeg
You must be a resident of Canada for at least one year
The agency is registered with the online system
Have proof of your current Winnipeg address
Be 18 years of age or older

Manitoba Immunization Card and the Pan-Canadian Proof of Vaccination Credential (PVC)

As of March 1, 2022, Manitoba's proof of vaccination requirements are no longer in place. Some businesses / venues may choose to continue to require proof of immunization for access. Manitoba's immunization card and verifier app will continue to be available for this purpose.
